Job summary

Diventures is seeking an Area Director to lead a multi-store team, focusing on customer-first experiences and safety in Aquatics. The role guides store management, staff, instructors, and partners to deliver exceptional service, grow programs, and maximize profitability in a dynamic market.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and growth initiatives across the market, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational excellence in swim, scuba, and travel offerings.

Qualifications

• Must have proven multi-unit leadership experience
• Strong sales leadership across multiple channels
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and coach staff
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, and cost control
• Interest or background in scuba/aquatics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-store leadership team to achieve store goals
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences and safety standards
• Coordinate scheduling, lead generation, and program execution across stores
• Drive revenue through aquatics programming, lessons, equipment sales, and travel offerings
• Collaborate with Store Support and program directors to scale growth and succession planning
