Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a Store Director to lead a designated store partnership and build a high-performing, diverse team of professionals. You will guide talent planning, set strategic direction for the store, and partner with the client’s management to meet revenue, guest-service, and operational goals.

You will oversee hiring, development, and performance management, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, visual presentation, and guest experiences across the store network.

Responsibilities

• Builds and retains a high performing, diverse workforce including Assistant Store Directors, Sales Leads, and team members.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
• Drives store results through coaching, accountability, and a strong guest-service focus.
