Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience.
• 5 years of retail/service industry experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience including management of leaders with direct reports.
• Experience leading retail or service operation with substantial annual sales (e.g., $40M+)

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the store to maximize financial success.
• Lead and develop a team to meet productivity and customer service goals.
• Ensure staffing levels with trained team members and ongoing development.
• Maintain corporate, safety, and regulatory procedures for a safe environment.
• Foster community partnerships to support the Meijer brand.
