Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading specialty retailer in home furnishings to support store development, openings, remodels, and global retail projects. You will collaborate with Store Design, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams to bring state-of-the-art retail environments to life.

The role centers on coordinating complex design and construction programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation from site selection to grand opening.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple design or construction projects simultaneously.
• Experience with architecture, design, or construction project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple retail store development projects simultaneously.
• Support Design Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare design development packages for executive approval.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations.
• Review project information for accuracy and completeness.
• Track project schedules, approvals, and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, shop drawings, renderings, construction photos, and samples.
• Prepare executive presentation materials.
• Monitor construction progress and communicate project updates.
• Help ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
