This full-time role involves precise drafting, presenting concepts to cross-functional teams, and coordinating with store operations, purchasing, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of dedicated design experience on retail projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Enscape, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentations.
• Research materials and techniques to innovate within design guidelines.
• Direct third-party consultants and manage design packages on schedule and budget.
• Review drawings for adherence to standards and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Adapt designs to evolving business needs and prototypes.
• Manage multiple projects across lifecycle stages and deadlines.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional teams.
