  • Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Local availability for hybrid work and visits to retail stores as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-store marketing projects across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
  • Work with vendors to manage artwork uploads, communicate feedback, and follow projects through revisions and completion.
  • Create and maintain clear project details, including objectives, messaging, deliverables, specifications, and implementation requirements.
  • Review marketing graphics and materials for accuracy at different stages of development.
  • Help proof store communications and verify that project and implementation information is correct.
  • Manage graphic attributes and other project data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Respond to questions and requests submitted by stores through the team’s support ticketing system.
  • Support vendor estimates and collection of co‑op information.
  • Help create and update presentations and project decks.
  • Coordinate with Brand Creative, Merchandising, Store Experience, Category Marketing, and other cross‑functional partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues and follow through on questions, corrections, and project needs.

Aquent is partnering with a leading national retailer to hire an In-Store Marketing Coordinator for a three-month contract supporting the execution of marketing programs across its retail stores. This is a hands‑on coordination role for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, working with vendors and cross‑functional teams, managing details, and making sure marketing materials are accurate and ready for stores.

What You’ll Do
