Qualifications

• Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of retail or operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand design standards into store designs in a fiscally responsible way.
• Manage the design process with internal and external design partners.
• Coordinate with Construction, Procurement and Operations on budget and schedule.
• Develop FF&E and Décor packages and design development packages.
• Archive drawings, redlines, and shop drawings and obtain landlord approvals per lease requirements.
• Communicate design vision to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
