Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Visual Merchandising Floor Planning Lead to turn brand strategy into thoughtful store layouts. You will develop prototype floor plans, cluster stores by profile, and ensure execution across store formats to support sales and brand experience.

Collaborate with Retail Marketing, VM, Retail Evolution, store operations, and analytics to implement changes, audit layouts, and improve planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desired; 5+ years related experience.
• Certification may be required in some areas.
• Experience in retail floor planning and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototype floor plan development across store formats.
• Develop store clusters based on profiles and market needs.
• Audit floor plan execution and identify improvement opportunities.
• Inform product placement using SKU performance and sales data.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation with marketing, VM, operations, and analytics.
• Improve planning tools and processes to increase efficiency.
• Ensure floor sets and initiatives are delivered on schedule.
