AT&T in Atlanta is seeking a Visual Merchandising Floor Planning Lead to translate brand strategy into effective store layouts. You will lead prototype floor plans, develop store clusters, and analyze SKU performance to optimize space allocation.

Collaborating with Retail Marketing, VM, Retail Evolution, and analytics teams, you will drive on-schedule floor sets and continuously improve planning tools and processes. A strong background in retail space planning and merchandising is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desired; 5+ years of related experience; Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototype floor plan development and refine layouts reflecting brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Develop store clusters by analyzing store profiles and market needs.
• Audit and improve floor plan execution across store clusters for visual standards compliance.
• Use SKU performance data by fixture and wall to inform product placement and space allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation with Retail Marketing, VM, Retail Evolution, store operations, and analytics teams.
• Improve planning tools and processes by staying current with merchandising trends and suggesting template/tool enhancements.
• Deliver floor sets and initiatives on schedule with clear communication across teams.
