Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Store Design Specialist to draft store layouts for new and existing locations, manage fixture orders, and maintain vendor relationships. You will work under the Sr. Manager of New Store Design & Merchandising and coordinate with executives on project plans.

The role requires 1 year in retail, CAD familiarity, and strong organization. You will support multiple projects, travel as needed, and ensure adherence to budgets and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Working knowledge or basic exposure to CAD design software.
• Knowledge of Ollie’s department structure, flow, setup and size allocation.
• Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Ability to complete tasks in a reasonable time frame.

Responsibilities

• Draft fixture layouts for new store locations.
• Draft fixture layouts for existing locations, remodels and resets.
• Generate purchase orders for projects (new stores, remodels, resets).
• Maintain an organized data base for orders, layouts and requests.
• Maintain vendor relationships with fixture and supply vendors.
• Provide direction for Team Leaders and store opening teams on project work.
• Assist the Store Opening Coordinator with questions on new store setup.
• Communicate and present project plans to associates and leaders.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet organizational deadlines.
• Collaborate with district, regional and executive leaders to review plans.
• Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
