Job summary

Nike Pembroke Pines is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume Nike store team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. You’ll coach staff, drive customer service excellence, and implement Nike Service Principles to bring our global culture to life for customers and communities.

You will recruit, train, and motivate your team to meet sales and service goals while upholding Nike standards. This full-time role requires flexibility across mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running smoothly.
• Attract, assess and onboard future teammates to staff the store.
• Equip employees with tools to succeed in daily duties.
• Drive store business results including budgeting, planning and customer service.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and sales floor.
