Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers, and handheld technology.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during the shift.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and product questions.
• Process returns and warranty paperwork; maintain accurate inventory.
• Stock merchandise and replenish displays; keep the store organized and sale-ready.
• Support merchandising by setting displays and pricing merchandise.
• Retrieve merchandise, assist with carry-outs, and ensure smooth checkout and exit experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming retail environment and meet performance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
