Job summary

JCPenney in Kerrville, TX is seeking a Custodial Associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness and create a welcoming shopping environment. You will greet and assist customers, work with Sales Associates when product information is needed, and support general store operations.

• Partners with Sales Associates when customers require a deeper level of product information.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the sales floor, offices, stockrooms, restrooms and other areas per company standards.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and arranges repairs as needed.
• Greets and assists customers and provides outstanding customer service.
• Performs other support duties as assigned by supervisor and follows waste, recycling and hazardous materials processes.
• Meets established performance standards for the role, including product and service sales, customer service, productivity and attendance.
