Job summary

JCPenney in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Custodial Associate to keep the store clean and create a positive shopping environment. You will handle cleaning across the sales floor, offices, stockrooms and restrooms in line with company standards.

You will manage supplies, assist customers, support sales staff, and follow safety and waste handling procedures while meeting performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Cleans the sales floor, offices, stockrooms, salon, restrooms and other areas to company standards and in a safe manner
• Inventory/Equipment: Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and arranges repairs when needed
• Customer Service & Sales: Greets and assists customers and partners with Sales Associates for product information
• Support: Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor and follows waste and hazardous materials processes
• Performance standards: Meets established performance standards for product and service sales, customer service, productivity and attendance
