Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of retail experience in a custodial/janitorial role; commercial facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of the store to address cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness across showroom, restrooms, offices, warehouse, breakrooms, and exterior areas.
• Operate floor scrubbers and vacuums to clean tile, carpet, and common areas daily.
• Clean, sanitize, dust, and wipe surfaces and high-touch areas per safety standards.
• Partner with Operations and store teams to keep showroom guest-ready during hours.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify leadership for restocking.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform additional custodial tasks as needed.
