Job summary

Living Spaces in Frisco, TX is hiring a Janitor to maintain a clean and safe showroom, restrooms, offices, warehouse, and exterior areas. You will operate cleaning equipment, sanitize surfaces, and support daily store operations to keep the space guest-ready throughout business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of retail experience in a custodial or janitorial role, with commercial facilities or building janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walkthroughs of the store to identify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, vacuums) to keep tiles, carpet, and common areas clean daily.
• Clean, sanitize, dust, and wipe down surfaces and high-touch areas per safety standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and store teams to maintain a guest-ready showroom during business hours.
