Join to apply for the Store Counter Sales (Part Time) role at NAPA Auto Parts.

We are looking for a Counter Sales associate who will be the “face of the retail store” and assist customers with their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down motors (though it’s a plus), but you should have a background or knowledge of automotive parts.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
  2. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
  3. Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions.
  4. Bringing energy and customer focus to a fast-paced environment.
  5. Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience.
  6. Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalog systems.

  • Experience with cataloging or inventory systems.

  • ASE Certifications (a plus).
