We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales, you are the “face of the retail store” and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to tear down motors—though it’s a plus—just a background in automotive parts is essential. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other opportunities at NAPA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with auto parts answers and solutions in person and over the phone
• Support team members with parts knowledge to answer customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions
• Bring energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores
• Welcome customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Use technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License

• Excellent communication skills

• Good listening skills and empathy

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus)
