You don’t need to be able to tear down engines (though that’s a plus), but a background in automotive parts is essential. What You Will Be Doing
- Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
- Using your parts knowledge to assist team members in answering customer questions.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions.
- Bringing energy and customer focus to our fast-paced stores.
- Engaging with retail customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilizing technology (computer, cash register, phone, catalog systems).

What You’ll Need
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy fast-paced retail environments.
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.
Additional Qualifications (Not Required but Preferred)
- Automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership experience or passion.
- Experience with cataloging and inventory management systems.
- Customer-centric attitude.
- ASE Certifications.
