As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear down and rebuild engines, but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a long-term career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths with us.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and interactions.
• Bringing customer focus and energy to our fast-paced stores.
• Engaging with retail customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, telephones, and catalogs.

Additional Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus)

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.
• Experience in retail, auto body, or collision shops.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• ASE Certifications.
