Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet transfer criteria as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to understand each customer's needs.
• Take orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
• Operate and maintain printing, binding and shipping equipment.
• Process financial transactions at the POS and maintain store inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly retail Store environment.
