Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience across print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and guide customers to the right FedEx Office solutions while using consultative skills.

You will operate printing and shipping equipment, assemble parcels, manage the production queue, and maintain a safe, clean store. Strong communication and the ability to stand and lift up to 55 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
