Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and provides pricing and product information across print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
• Recommends FedEx Office products and services to customers.
• Operates printing, binding and related equipment and maintains store inventory and equipment.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS system and handles cash as needed.
