Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail or service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Stand during shift and assist customers in store functions.
• Move and lift up to 55 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Operate POS terminal and handle cash and card transactions.
• Provide printing, signs, graphics and shipping product information and solutions.
