FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a superior customer experience by using consultative skills to anticipate needs and offer solutions. You will handle orders, pricing, and product recommendations across print, signs, graphics, and shipping, while operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities include assisting in customer orders, processing transactions, and supporting store operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with consultative service across printing, signs, graphics and shipping.
• Take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products.
• Operate printing, binding and related equipment and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process transactions at POS and manage daily financial paperwork.
