Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a superior customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending FedEx Office products and services. You will handle orders, pricing, and coordination within the store while operating printing equipment and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with printing, graphics, and shipping solutions, handling POS transactions, and maintaining inventory and production queues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 6+ months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to understand each customer’s needs.
• Provides customer expertise in printing, signs, graphics and shipping.
• Takes orders and provides accurate pricing information.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping.
• Sets up and operates printing and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
