Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specialized experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and pricing.
• Process transactions at POS and handle cash.
• Operate printing, binding and shipping equipment as required by customer orders.
• Maintain store clean, organized, and stocked; manage the production queue.
