FedEx Office Store is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience, leveraging consultative skills for printing, signs & graphics and shipping. You will take orders, provide pricing, and recommend FedEx Office products, while operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized store.

The role involves handling complex orders, managing production queues, and assisting customers with solutions while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria per handbook.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative service to understand each customer’s needs.
• Take orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products.
• Operate printing, binding, and related equipment; manage production queue.
• Keep the store safe, clean, and well-stocked; assist with training.
