Job summary

Nike Unite - Salem is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-volume Nike store team in Salem, NH. You will coach staff, drive customer service excellence, and execute store operations to deliver strong business results.

You will recruit and develop a diverse team, manage daily store activities, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment that embodies Nike’s brand and culture. Position requires availability for extended hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure store functions run smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Provide tools and training for daily tasks.
• Drive store results including budgeting, planning, and customer service.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to sales floor.
