• Communicates issues in sales and profit to the unit manager.
• Assists in executing the store sales and profits plan.
• Monitors food costs to minimize waste and theft.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure coverage.
• Trains crew in new products and customer courtesy.
• Takes service times and improves efficiency.
• Trains crew for prompt customer response and satisfaction.
• Maintains store cleanliness and follows cleaning plans.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules.
• Manages shifts and ensures proper execution of standards.
