Qualifications

• Assist in planning, leadership, and follow-ups in controllable expenses, sales increases, margins, shortages, promotions, and competitor monitoring.
• Maintain staffing, fill in for absent employees, answer calls, clean store/restrooms, stock coolers and shelves.
• Document coaching/disciplining or terminating of employees.
• Maintain security of store assets, cash, fuel, inventories, and labor hours; monitor risk and cameras.
• Supervise new employee training and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in making supervisory decisions aligned with Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide prompt, professional responses in evaluating and resolving employee conflicts.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
