You will support inventory, stocking, and daily store operations to assist the team. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English and Spanish communication, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or store clerk experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Team player with initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: order merchandise based on inventory levels and demand.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout and process payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.
• Unpack, stock, and organize shelves to ensure a well-stocked store.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Assist the store manager and team members with other duties to ensure smooth operation.
