Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash) following Kohl’s standards and procedures.
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain levels of supplies by reordering when low and store properly.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team.
• Support operations to receive and process product and assist with stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and manage multiple tasks within timeframes.
