Job summary

Kohl’s in Alaska is seeking a store associate to maintain a safe, clean store environment and deliver excellent customer service. You will perform daily cleaning, stockroom support, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.

You will greet customers, use approved chemicals and equipment, complete required training, and collaborate with the store team to meet goals and uphold safety standards. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and you must be at least 18 years

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store following Kohl’s standards and procedures.
• Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain levels of supplies and rotate stock as needed.
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical handling and maintenance.
• Assist with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when required.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
