Job summary

Belk is seeking a Maintenance and Housekeeping Associate to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting. You will perform daily cleaning, supply replenishment, and basic maintenance while delivering a positive customer and associate experience.

You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and stay attentive to hygiene and safety standards to support store operations.
