Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time store associate for our Woodland, CA location. You will help keep the store clean and organized, assist customers in finding products, and perform checkout duties accurately.

You will also participate in rewards enrollments and omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and Ship from Store. The role requires friendly, helpful interaction with customers and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to meet brand promises.
• Assist customers, help them locate items and provide friendly service.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store) and stocking.
