Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a Maintenance Team Member to keep floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices clean and safe. You will follow SOPs, support store initiatives, and uphold WFM core values while delivering courteous, efficient service to customers and Team Members.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 6–8 hours, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
