Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across floor, seating, restrooms, and back offices. You’ll support store teams, perform minor repairs, follow SOPs, and help with emergencies, all while representing a positive company image.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Work in a wet and cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Follows daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Assists with ordering supplies for maintenance.
• Helps manage cleaning emergencies.
• Maintains store landscaping and parking areas.
• Keeps all store departments clean on an ongoing basis.
• Arrives on time and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned by leadership.
