Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep the store clean, safe, and fully functional across floors, seating, restrooms, and back offices. You will follow SOPs, assist with maintenance tasks, and support teams with cleaning projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in minor repairs, report hazards promptly, and help ensure continuous store operations. WFM offers comprehensive benefits and requires availability for variable shifts to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
• Supports teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Assists with ordering supplies for maintenance.
• Reports safety hazards immediately.
