Job summary

Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand 6–8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. New teammates start with basic duties and may progress with store needs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations including Food Safety.
