Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; support multiple store areas as needed.
• Cross-train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and other areas to assist business needs.
• Communicate accurately with management and Associates; uphold safety and labor policies.
