Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Onalaska, WI, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks team members to deliver an excellent customer experience and keep the store clean and organized. You may be cross-trained across areas to support the business and must follow safety and loss-prevention standards.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining standards, and adapting to changing directions while lifting items as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus.
