Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Onalaska, WI is seeking a customer-focused team member to support store operations and customer service excellence. You will ring up purchases, assist customers, promote loyalty programs, and help maintain product presentation on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold customer experience practices with customers.
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change per operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Participate in store recovery and general upkeep throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and sales floor.
• Provide and accept feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
