Broulim’s ACE Hardware in Wyoming is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage the store’s financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in daily transactions.

You will record transactions, prepare reports, assist with payroll, and support budgeting while upholding accounting principles. This non-exempt role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and principles.
• Certification as a bookkeeper is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the store's accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed.
