Job summary

Broulim’s ACE Hardware is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage the store’s financial transactions and accurate accounting records. This non-exempt role supports the store’s financial operations and requires integrity, attention to detail, and strong Excel/accounting software skills.

You will reconcile accounts, process invoices and payroll, assist with budgets, and prepare reports, contributing to compliant, transparent financial management across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is required.

Job Summary

As a Bookkeeper at Broulim’s, you will be responsible for managing the store's financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Your primary role will involve recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Examples of Duties

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the store's accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
