Join the Honey Baked Ham Company as a Store Associate (Year-Round)

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team in the Store Associate Year-Round role. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Details

• Part-time, flexible schedules suitable for students, retirees, and those needing to work around other commitments.
• Store hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers via phone and in-store, including catering, lunch, and retail sales, ensuring a friendly and polite service experience.
2. Help with food preparation for lunch, catering, and retail products.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge, highlight features and benefits, and promote add-on sales.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Stay productive and take initiative during shifts, managing activities responsibly.
6. Follow all company procedures, including safety, security, and workplace policies.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Previous experience in customer service, food prep, retail, or hospitality is preferred and considered a plus.
