Join to apply for the Store Associate Year-Round role at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC.

Our schedules are perfect for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible work hours. We operate Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers via phone and in-store, providing excellent service and responding positively to requests.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge, articulate features and benefits, and drive add-on sales.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative, stay productive, and be responsible for your activities.
6. Follow all processes, procedures, and safety policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior customer service or food prep experience is preferred, including roles as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate.
