We're hiring Nantucket associates and key holders for the 2025 season.

As a team member at Beau & Ro, you’ll focus primarily on ensuring the store hits sales goals and delivers the highest level of customer experience. We’re looking for people who are proactive, quick learners, and looking to make a direct impact on our success! We're looking for team members who can work within the mid-May to mid-October season, with an emphasis on June - August.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers, driving sales and a fun customer experience.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised at all times.
• Assist with planning and overseeing marketing and any in-store promotional events.
