Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC in Nantucket is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports brand positioning. You will engage customers with product knowledge, maintain store appearance, and collaborate with the team to reach sales and service goals while staying flexible for varied hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of retail experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional in-store experience aligned with brand culture.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain an optimistic, sunny store atmosphere.
• Learn, reference and share current product knowledge with customers and provide fashion advice.
