What does it look like to be a Store Associate?

• Create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Assist customers with purchases and finding items.
• Perform cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and consumables to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, counts, and checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and outside grounds.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and reconcile registers, reporting discrepancies to management.
• Prepare and deliver hot food items as per standards.
• Assist with fuel spill clean-up as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and report issues.

What’s the store environment like?

• Primarily work inside retail stores.
• Work around fuel pumps, moving vehicles, and outdoor grounds.
• Work in various temperatures, hot or cold.

Physical Demands

• Stand for long periods.
• Move freely around inside and outside.
• Climb stairs/ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Push or pull equipment and items.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
